All of our instructors provide a safe friendly atmosphere; a great environment for friends to unwind or for anyone to escape for an hour.
Whether you want to become lean, learn to focus on your breathing, or work your core, we offer something with you in mind. Maybe you want to try some or all of these activities?
This is why we offer you the ability to Mix and Match, all you have to decide is how many times per week you would like to come!
Hatha Yoga:
(We offer senior as well as regular levels.)
Hatha yoga focuses on the physical aspect of yoga. This means that you will be learning how to breath effectivley while holding poses that stimulate muscle strength and flexibility. This is great for those who feel back pain, who are becoming less flexible, who are stressed, or for people that need to re-centre themselves.
Resist-A-Ball:
Want a fun filled hour? Try balancing on a ball with a bunch of other (full grown) people.
All joking aside, this class is great for strengthening the core as well as your whole body. You will learn many different moves to take home with you. you learn how to encorporate weights into your workout, and you learn balance; this helps prevent injuries in your every day life.
