We currently offer a variety of programs including hydraulic circuit training, cardio equipment, free weights, Bowflex, rebounder, medicine and stability balls. We are pleased to offer several yoga and karate classes (All classes are co-ed). We also have a personal trainer on site for your convenience. Feel free to come in and train with your friends, and meet others while doing it.

If relaxation is more to your liking we have an Infrared Sauna; great for pain relief and a very easy way to burn several hundred calories. We now offer indoor tanning!

There are no down payments or sign up fees, we have flexible membership options, and your first visit is always free! Come in and check us out!
